Why CLEAP?
Our story
We have built our experience since 2004 through HR and OD consulting with Optimis in Switzerland for multinational organizations in many industries. Since the beginning we build solutions to help them succeed in their transformation projects and we launched our cloud platform in 2017 to respond to their needs. This platform enables data quality and consolidation, complex analytics capabilities and specific OD or business processes. We are proud to be able to customize our solutions for each of our client to be sure they get what they need.
We have a partnership with EPFL (one of the 10 best technical school in the world) for the development of our complex algorithms which contribute to the singularity of our solutions!
