Keep the pulse!

Surveys are usually conducted at a certain frequency. To keep the pulse, Voice can be deployed at regular intervals in order to identify trends. This can be done by using FacTrend base data to interview specific employee groups at specific time. New hires can raise their voice on specific topics about 2 months after starting for instance.

The platform is fully customizable and easy to use. Surveys are administered by CLEAP, and reports are delivered on the platform or through specific pre-defined format (PDF, Powerpoint,…). You have full power to decide on who is surveyed, with which questionnaire and at which frequency.

Our technology

CLEAP uses statistical and regression analysis to identify what has most impact on engagement.
